Since 2005, the company has been led by the British design duo Tim Butcher and Lizzie Deshayes, whose work has given countless interiors the potential to transform into unique and captivating environments.

A Commitment to Authenticity

Fromental’s artisans work across the world to ensure that the materials and techniques used remain authentically connected to their origins—because provenance matters. The hand-crafted silk wallpapers in the Chinese tradition that brought Fromental international recognition are meticulously produced in its studios in Wuxi, China. In London, a specialised team of artists and designers focuses on printed and hand-finished collections as well as creative development.
