Nobis studio s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the relevant legislation of the Czech Republic.

We process personal data depending on how you communicate with us or use our services.
Website visitors
When using our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, in particular:

CCTV monitoring
Our showroom premises are monitored by a CCTV system for the purpose of protecting property and ensuring personal safety. The CCTV system records video footage of the showroom premises.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
- Provision of services and project implementation – Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for negotiations regarding its conclusion. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- Communication and handling of enquiries – Processing is necessary for communication with potential clients. Legal basis: legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- Website traffic analysis and functionality – Certain data is processed to ensure the website functions correctly and to analyse its usage. Analytical cookies are used only on the basis of consent given via the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- Newsletter - If you subscribe to the newsletter, we may send you information about our projects, activities or events. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the link in every email sent. Legal basis: consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- Protection of property and safety (CCTV system) – The CCTV system is used to protect property and ensure the safety of persons on the showroom premises. Legal basis: legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- Compliance with legal obligations – In some cases, we also process personal data for the purpose of complying with obligations arising from legal regulations (e.g. accounting and tax regulations). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be processed by employees of Nobis Studio and, to the extent necessary, also by external service providers, in particular:
- IT and hosting service providers
- providers of website analytics tools
- providers of email and newsletter services
- providers of project management and customer relationship management systems
- specialist advisors (e.g. legal or accounting services)
These processors process personal data on the basis of contractual relationships ensuring compliance with the GDPR.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
