Interior Architecture
Our experienced team of interior architects, working under the creative direction of Lenka Kurečková, prepares detailed drawings and technical documentation. All aspects of interior architecture — from spatial layouts and lighting design to joinery and the design of kitchens and bathrooms — are developed in-house with careful consideration for functionality and comfort. Once the architectural concept is finalised, we prepare comprehensive project documentation for implementation.
Construction Engineering
We prepare all documentation required for the relevant regulatory procedures. Communication with authorities is coordinated from the preliminary consultations through to the issuance of all necessary permits. For properties under heritage protection, our specialist in heritage legislation communicates directly with the relevant authorities to ensure a smooth process and continuity of the project.
Project Management
Our professional team supervises the execution of the project on site to ensure that the architectural and interior concept is realised down to the finest detail. We organise regular site inspections and coordinate all trades involved in the project. We also manage the entire supply process — from ordering and logistics through to final installation.
Interior Design
Throughout the interior design process, a dedicated designer guides you through every stage, harmonising materials, colours and finishes in accordance with the character of the property and the client’s lifestyle requirements. Sampling, design alternatives and coordination of all trades connected to the chosen materials are handled by the designer so that the client can focus only on the truly essential decisions.
Bespoke Joinery
Our own joinery workshop allows us to create pieces that are not limited by catalogues or predefined typologies. The result is furniture with a distinctive authorship, where aesthetics meet craftsmanship and functional detailing — from discreetly integrated technology to specialised storage solutions.
Custom Marble Work
Our marble craftsmanship is rooted in direct relationships with Italian artisans in the Carrara region. Designs are realised from blocks and slabs personally selected by us and used in the largest possible formats to reveal the natural pattern and sculptural quality of the stone. Relief details, inlays and bespoke slabs are always produced specifically for each project.
Textile Atelier
We consider textiles to be the haute couture of the interior. The choice of fabrics and their tailoring significantly influences the atmosphere of a space, its acoustics, the quality of light and the sense of privacy. Our own textile atelier allows us to maintain full control not only over the characteristics of the selected materials but also over their optimal use. For our projects we produce curtains, draperies, decorative cushions and bespoke textile elements made from natural materials and perfectly coordinated with the overall design concept.
Craftsmanship
We understand that designing a project is only one part of the process — its execution must be managed with equal care. Our team of skilled craftsmen includes painters, wallpaper specialists, glaziers, flooring specialists, plumbers and electricians. At the same time, we continuously expand our areas of expertise in order to meet all client requirements under one roof.
Stucco Work
Within our own stucco practice we design, produce and install custom stucco elements. We work with the proportions of the space, the architectural language of the interior and the desired aesthetic to achieve a harmonious result that complements the overall design.
Upholstery
Custom-made upholstered pieces complement our portfolio of premium brands in situations where the project requires precise control over style, materials, dimensions and functionality. These pieces combine comfort and aesthetics with the proportions of the space, the composition of textures and ergonomic requirements.
Bespoke Metalwork
We produce custom metal elements for a variety of interior and exterior applications, including staircases, railings, balconies, gates and metal grilles. We design and produce cast, welded and formed components tailored to specific mechanical requirements and aesthetic intentions: from clean, linear forms to strongly classical profiles.
Art Consultancy
Through our art consultancy we collaborate with international galleries, dealers, auction houses and artists’ studios. We oversee provenance, the appropriate medium and scale, framing, transport and commissioned works. We assist clients both with individual acquisitions and with the long-term development of private collections, ensuring that art becomes a meaningful part of their home.
Final Styling
Thanks to the vision of our talented designers, we do not hand over a project, we hand over a completed home. For each project we individually select accessories and decorative objects, bed linens, tableware and glass so that from the very first moment clients feel entirely at home.
Residential Concierge Service
Our residential concierge service provides ongoing care for interiors and furnishings. We manage maintenance of the interior, textile care, servicing of equipment and technical interventions. Clients receive discreet ongoing support that guarantees continuity and comfort long after the project has been delivered.
Seasonal Styling
During major holidays we transform interiors into their seasonal setting through lighting, floral arrangements and seasonal table settings. Everything is adapted to the client’s requirements and the rhythm of their household. During Advent we also provide Christmas tree sourcing and decoration. This service is offered individually after project completion as part of long-term cooperation.
